In the midst of packing for a wedding and packing everything needed to make a wedding cake, I thought it was a good idea to make cheesecake. Right. Sometimes you have urges and it’s best to just give into them.
When I saw this recipe the other day I immediately wanted to make them. I also had a container of strawberries in the fridge that I was sure were going to go bad unless I did something with them ASAP. Most people make that leap from fresh strawberries to cheesecake, right?
