Hmm…two sports posts in a row. It’s been a good weekend for my sports teams (Andrew made me a CAPS fan. I was a not-a-hockey-fan fan beforehand, so I’ve never held too much of an allegiance to the Bruins. But I will still root for them Unless they are playing the CAPS. Then I root for the CAPS. WHAT IS HAPPENING TO ME?? Also, who cares about basketball. Go Celtics?). While I am a legit Red Sox fan, I’m sort of a default by proximity Patriots fan. Or shall I say, I was a default-by-proximity-Patriots fan. Now I’m a hometown-pride-Patriots fan. And I’ve committed. It doesn’t hurt that they’re fun to watch and not too shabby of team. Tonight they wiped the floor with Tim Tebow and the Denver Broncos and I’m excited/nervous about the prospects of a Patriots-Ravens match-up next week. I’m not sure my nerves can take it.

Anyways, tonight was a fun game to watch. I couldn’t wear my jersey though because the first time I wore it this season the Patriots lost. Which means I certainly jinxed them. Superstitions are funny.
