Elise and I are doing a puzzle. Can’t you tell?
Puzzles are one of my favorite indoor activities. I’ve been big into jigsaw puzzles ever since I was a little kid. These days I like to do those really big puzzles, 2000 pieces minimum, but preferably more. I dream someday of doing the 18000 piece puzzle, but I need a much bigger floor for that. Oddly enough, I think the majority of the puzzles I have done lately have been of Neuschwanstein Castle. For some reason it’s a very popular puzzle picture. (Another note: when I go on road trips I look at the scenery in terms of “puzzle” pictures. Generally that means lots of nature with a small house or barn in one corner.)
But more excitingly, today I expanded my photo technology. Not only did I just get one of those Eye-Fi wireless transfer memory cards (awesome!), I’m exploring Picnik, which is the soon-to-be-defunct photo editing software built into Flickr. It’s more complicated than iPhoto for editing pictures, but way less complicated than Photoshop. Plus it has gimmicky filters like the one I used above.
Time for bed…there’s a big Patriots-Ravens match up tomorrow which is going to have a great effect on the quality of my day on Monday.

Well they won so how will your day be tomorrow?
Better than if they had lost. I think I’m still going to get a lot of crap though. Who cares, we’re going to the Super Bowl!!
