Was I wondering yesterday if today was going to be a circus?
After a disheartening day yesterday, today well, we actually went to the circus. It was probably the first time I’ve been since I was 8 or 9 and aside from the lady behind me dropping her camera on my head and her son sneezing directly into the back of Andrew’s head, it was a pretty excellent time.
Man, the circus is spastic. You know that whole “three ring circus” thing? There were actually three rings. And with so much going on, it was hard to decide what to focus on. But it was a ton of fun. The animal stuff was simultaneously amazing, disturbing, and ridiculous. I mean, an elephant sitting on it’s back legs or a tiger dancing around upright on two legs looks fake. But they were really doing it!
Wow, this was super random. I’m glad my life allows me to do semi-impulsive stuff like this…
