Andrew’s parents and a couple of his brothers came over this afternoon for lunch. After stuffing ourselves silly at the local Thai place, we came back to our house for a little chat and decided to give the ole’ carbonator a spin. Johnny requested carbonated milk, which sounds pretty gross to me, but…why not?
Turns out you CAN carbonate milk. It takes carbonation quite well. So well that when you open the bottle after carbonating the milk, it explodes all over the counter. Or you. Just sayin’.
Johnny said that it didn’t taste too bad. We surmised that people like root beer floats and egg cremes and the such, so maybe it’s not so gross? Perhaps we’re onto something. I’m now soliciting names for my new brand of carbonated milk products. Suggestions?
