So I realize I have little to complain about here. I’m in stinkin’ Florida where it is COOLER than many other parts of the country. Elise is in Chicago at it was 20 degrees hotter there than here. What is up with that?
The weather here is wacky. We have lightning warnings at work probably at least four days a week and it rains off and on at least three days a week. But the rain is not usually constant and when it’s here, it doesn’t last for very long. You can see rain clouds in the distance, then drive through the pouring rain under those rain clouds then drive out from under those rain clouds to clear sunny weather. All within 8 minutes.
Also, today National Geographic came to film some bits on my project. There were lots of interviews in which I was not interviewed and lots of video taping in which I was not the subject of the video. But come sometime next year, you might see me lurking in the background. I’ll be the one in the cleanroom suit and bouffant. It’ll be easy to spot me. Haha, right.
