Today we decided to slow down and enjoy the ride. Turned out slowing down was exactly what we needed because Connecticut is full of hills. Yesterday was just a taste of what we had in store for us.

We decided not to fight the hills and spent a lot of time pushing our bikes up them. Forever. And ever. And ever.
We stopped in yet another adorable town and had lunch. Norfolk, CT had a cute courtyard, a quaint library, and a sandwich shop that didn’t disappoint.
The remainder of the ride was pretty nice, except for one brutal hill. We made it to our next charming inn fairly early and for to have a nice dinner and a long shower.
Tomorrow…hopefully Poughkeepsie!
