Do you know what’s always a great way to start your day?
Backing your car directly into the side of the garage and smashing your side mirror. Oops. Do I have seven years of bad luck now?
Given that I was going approximately 2 mph, I got off pretty good. The glass is broken, the frame is mangled, but the electronics still work and thing hasn’t completely fallen off.
After having been outside my house for precisely 37 seconds (not precise), I managed to get myself off to a jarring start. After getting the damaged assessed and new parts ordered, I headed to Walmart to run a quick errand. Want to know something else? Apparently Walmart does not sell plain, blank stationary. My options were thank you cards and religious Christmas cards. Um, no thanks. I very near worked up a sweat doing laps around Walmart though.
Also, being shrieked at my a random customer asking for assistance is unexpected during your stroll through Walmart. Did she know I was trying to maintain an elevated heart rate? Apparently you should not wear tan pants to Walmart because you will obviously be mistaken for an employee.
