This is the sight I came home to on Tuesday night.
That’s right, Andrew was making homemade pasta. Apparently it’s really easy. He said the hardest part was cutting the pasta into equally sized pieces.
Basically he just mixed 4 eggs with 2 cups of flour until it formed a dough. After rolling it out and cutting it into strips he cooked it in some salted water and then served it tossed in some olive oil. It was a simple, but very delicious dinner!

We are definitely making homemade pasta when I get back.
Also, I’m currently eating parmigiano-reggiano from Parma. I don’t know what I’m going to do when I get to back. I’m way too spoiled here.
