I’m done! Exactly two months after I started this project, I’m finally finished! In between the hockey game Andrew helped me with the last steps to hang the shades. 

I didn’t quite meet my June 1st deadline which means I couldn’t eat any candy until I finished them. The fact that I got thirty bags of candy for my birthday wasn’t helping. Or maybe it was helping the most. It’s four days after my deadline and they’re finished. We have our living room back! The craft table in the office is empty! No more sewing!

Three giant roman shades complete. I’ll have to take better pictures when it’s light out, but for the most part I’m pleased with them. Also, giant windows are a pain to cover. Also, now I can walk around with no pants on and not worry about the neighbors. Moving forward…
