Err…it’s been like two weeks without a giant baking project? Seems like it’s about time! I’m baking for our end-of-season party for my derby league which means I’m baking for almost 75. We’re also having our team end-of-season party the same day so I’m baking for that too. Flour! Butter! Sugar!
Also macaroons. Because I had an extra pint of raspberries leftover in the fridge. Also, apparently when I have leftover fruit in my fridge I must bake something with it. I have some ripening peaches on the counter. Any suggestions?
