We made our own Chex Mix the other day. Andrew was making it, but he got as far as measuring out the mix part and sort of lost steam before he could make the seasoning so I finished it up for him. Homemade Chex Mix is pretty good…better than the premade stuff from the store because it’s not quite as salty. Also, you can stock it with the good stuff (the pretzels) and leave out the bad stuff (the bagel chips), except that Andrew does not share my opinion on this, so we’re at a Chex Mix impasse.
