Sunday Night Dinner – Spicy Turkey Burgers

I’ve made turkey burgers before, but they are almost always Asian turkey burgers flavored with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and onions. But last week when we went to Jen and Evan’s they were making us a more southwestern style turkey burger.

I’m not sure what was in the actual burger itself (you know, besides turkey), but we topped them with guacamole, tomato, lettuce, and a little bit of salsa. I was famished and scarfed down my burger.

This is the last Sunday Night Dinner for a while because…life. We were going through our calendars and realized it would be nearly a month until we could do our weekly dinners again which was kind of disappointing, but now we have something to look forward to!
