After getting in late last night, this morning was a lazy morning. I seemingly have the inability to sleep past 8:30 anymore, so I got up and proceeded to…sit around. When Andrew got up a little while later, he graciously made me breakfast (why WOULDN’T I want to go home, even for less than a day?!) so I could laze around. Also, Andrew makes really good eggs.
Finally, we ran out to get some last minute preparations for our attempt at taking a picture for our save-the-dates. I had a vague idea of what I wanted to do, but the implementation was tricky. We went to the local park to try to figure this thing out. When we first got there we found this little guy hanging out. Do you see him? He’s hiding behind the leaves. Go froggy go!

The tricky part about this was the balloons. Balloons and wind don’t always work so well. Add in a tripod and timer and 95 degree heat and well, our timing needed a little work.
But I mean, pretty much every picture we take is amazing, so I’m sure we’ve got something good in there. (Oh geez, I can hear the Jackster already, “You’re going to use THAT picture?”)
